ALOVE(LY) Website launched
This week saw the launch of a new website designed by Snap Designs. The website (www.salvationarmy.org.uk/alove) is for ALOVE – the national youth office for The Salvation Army in the UK.
Snap Designs came up with a number of concept designs for the new website. After undergoing some revisions a concept was chosen. A number of templates based on the chosen design were developed using XHTML and CSS. These templates were handed over to the Salvation Army’s web team who integrated them into the in-house Content Management System.
In the process of integrating the templates some of the structure and styling has been altered so what appears on the web isn’t identical to the original design. So far the feedback has been positive.
